Through meticulous testing processes, we have developed an application tailored to meet the needs of our users.

Doctors can efficiently plan their appointments, communicate with patients, and deliver healthcare services more effectively.

However, the success of such a project doesn’t solely depend on the technical aspects of the application; it also highlights the importance of user experience testing, particularly “usability testing.” While the term “user testing” is commonly used in everyday language, the correct term is, in fact, “usability testing.” In this article, I want to emphasize this crucial distinction by sharing the processes behind Doktorsitesi.com’s mobile application for doctors and the usability testing I conducted.

Challenges and Solutions

Appointment Tracking:

Traditional methods of managing appointments were cumbersome and time-consuming for doctors. Summative Usability Testing:
